In a modern production line, every unit — from the electrical controls to the ERP system — has to be able to talk to every other one. That's exactly the range we cover: from mechanical engineering to ERP integration, we can connect almost any device, on almost any protocol.

Equipment design is its own discipline

Designing and building a production line is a separate field of expertise — no one running day-to-day production should be expected to also master it. Just as a Formula 1 driver doesn't design, repair or build their own car, a production manager shouldn't need to be an equipment designer too. We, on the other hand, have spent decades doing exactly this.

We carry out the structural design ourselves, or at least put forward a concrete proposal — and we stay in close contact with the customer at every stage of the process. To deliver the right equipment, we first need to understand how the customer actually works: that's the only way to provide a solution that truly fits.

It doesn't stop at the controls

Our support doesn't end once the machines are wired up. We also help with the related logistics planning, workstation layout and occupational safety considerations — in other words, we think in terms of the equipment's entire environment.

Another particular strength of ours is KTL (e-coat) painting technology: an in-depth understanding of the coating mechanism, the power supplies, the anode systems, and the mechanical engineering and control systems around them.

Company history

Serving manufacturing since the start, 25 years ago

Our company began its industrial activity in the 1990s: we wrote the material-handling control program for the main assembly line of the Opel plant in Szentgotthárd, and later designed and built the complete control systems for several material-handling lines at the neighboring Opel engine plant, for the German main contractor.

In the 2000s we designed and built controls for large painting systems across several European countries — from Russia to Germany. In 2012 we designed and built a complete production line for BPW Hungária Kft. — handling everything ourselves, from electrical and mechanical design through implementation to integration with the ERP system. Since then, our customer has produced over 1,000,000 axles on this line, and there's no better proof of their satisfaction than the fact that they ordered another production line from us in 2022.

Since 2008 we have also been refurbishing older equipment and carrying out scheduled maintenance on large installations.

One line that shows exactly what we mean by integration

The production line we designed and built for BPW Hungária Kft. is a great example of just how many different systems we're able to run as a single unit:

Atlas Copco PowerFocus screwdriving systems integrated, communicating with the line's control system over Open Protocol.
Individually controlled machines from different manufacturers, tied into a single system.
The applications running on the Windows server talk to the PLC via an OPC server, and to the machines over direct protocols.
Custom-built drivers for specialised devices, such as Pick-to-Light sensors.
A built-in ANDON system for real-time tracking of production status.
Full SAP integration: the line receives its production schedule and bills of materials from SAP, uses them to configure the local machines automatically, and then sends the parameters collected from each workpiece back to SAP's quality assurance module.
The line records every cycle time, process parameter and any production or material defect that occurs, which we then use for big data and statistical analysis.
